The Family Finder program bases the relationship range on individual calculations between two sets of DNA results. You and each of your close relatives inherited different amounts and different combinations of DNA from your common ancestor(s). Your calculations will not necessarily be the same. Your actual relationship should fall within the relationship ranges.
